Introduction
EYE ASSOCIATE ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application Zen Mosaic ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
Zen Mosaic is designed to work completely offline. This policy explains, in plain and simple language, exactly what happens — and what does not happen — with your information while using the App.
By downloading or using Zen Mosaic, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.
No Personal Data Collected
Zen Mosaic does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other identifying information. There is no account creation, sign-up, or login required to use the App.
No Internet Connection Required
The App functions entirely on your device. It does not require, and does not use, an internet connection to create, edit, save, or manage your mosaic designs.
No Advertisements
Zen Mosaic contains no advertisements, ad networks, or third-party advertising SDKs of any kind.
No Analytics or Tracking
The App does not use analytics services, crash-reporting SDKs, cookies, or any form of user tracking. Your activity within the App is never measured, recorded remotely, or shared with any third party.
No Third-Party Data Sharing
Since Zen Mosaic does not collect any personal data, there is no data to share, sell, or transfer to third parties, advertisers, or other companies.
Local Storage Only
All data generated while using the App — including your theme preference, saved mosaic designs, tile colors, design names, creation dates, and your last edited design — is stored only on your device using local device storage (SharedPreferences).
- This data never leaves your device and is not synced to any server.
- Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.
- No backups are made to any cloud service by Zen Mosaic itself.
- No other app, service, or person can access this data.
Children's Privacy
Zen Mosaic does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no personal information whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages.
Data Security
Since all data remains locally on your device and is never transmitted, there is no risk of your information being intercepted, accessed, or compromised through the App.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and made available within the App and/or our Play Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
